Getting in touch with us
If you contact us through the website's contact form or by email, we will store the data you provide for six months for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass data to third parties without your consent.
Data storage
Please note that to simplify the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the webshop operator stores the IP data of the customer within the framework of Cookies, as well as the name, email address and postal address of the customer.
The data you provide is necessary for the fulfilment of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual arrangements. Without this data, we are not able to conclude a contract with you. Data is not passed on to third parties – with the exception of the transport company/shipping company we commission to deliver the goods and to our tax advisor to fulfil our tax obligations.
If you cancel your purchase process, any stored data will be deleted immediately. In the event of a contractual agreement, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
Your name, address, purchased items and purchase date will be stored until the product warranty expires (10 years). This information is processed on the basis of current data protection legislation § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and / or lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO.
