Pick-up from our workshop in Lingenau is free of charge, and your order will be ready for collection within 2 working days (except for custom-made items).

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on the country and the size of the parcel. Once we have received your enquiry, we will send you a personalised quote and inform you of the exact costs and delivery times. We ship via Österreichische Post AG, DPD, DHL or a freight forwarder.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties, fees) may apply, which you as the customer are responsible for. These costs must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities.
